Light rain is no problem: we provide umbrellas and ponchos. If the forecast is bad, we are happy to switch to the Challengebox, which also works indoors in Lucerne.
In Lucerne, most teams play in German or English. For company events we offer up to 11 languages, and mixed-language teams are possible.
